SHIPPING & RETURNS
- – All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
- – Shipping times are: Monday–Friday, 12–5pm PST
- – Due to Covid, please allow up to 7-10 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order.
- – We use sustainable packaging by Ecoenclose and primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our orders. FedEx is available under certain circumstances. Please contact us directly for any special requests.
- – The shipping rate is calculated by weight of the product and the delivery address.
- – You will be sent a tracking number when your shipping label prints, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.
- – Once your order leaves Umber & Ochre, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier.
- – Umber & Ochre will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.
- – Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- – Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference you will be contacted for your payment information.
- – All return packages should be insured as we do not offer refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
- – Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
- – Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item.
