Kalamkari is a special block-printed cotton textile using only natural dyes. Its name refers to the ancient style of hand painting that was born out of the art of storytelling. Our print is themed with Peepal leaves and butterflies. Making Kalamkari fabric involves 23-steps including treating and preparing the fabric, preparing the natural dyes and finally painting with precision and care.
